CHANGE OF STATUS
To change from non-degree status to degree-seeking status, students must make formal application to the desired program through the Office of the Registrar. Prerequisites and requirements for the desired program must be satisfied before admission to the new program is granted.
CHANGE OF PROGRAM
Students who have an active admissions status (enrolled in at least one class during the last 12 months) and who have been accepted into a degree program and who would like to change his /her program to another degree program should follow the following process:
1. Contact the Registrar’s Office to obtain a “change of program” form.
2. Complete the “change of program” form and submit it to the Academic Dean.
3. The student will receive a letter of acceptance from the President of the Alliance Evangelical Divinity School,
ADDRESS AND NAME CHANGES
If there are any changes in address and/or name, it is the student’s responsibility to inform the Registrar’s Office promptly of his/her up-to-date address and/or name changes to ensure accuracy of records and mailing addresses.
