STUDENT RECORDS
Student’s academic records, including college transcripts from transferring institutions and the Alliance Evangelical Divinity School academic records, are maintained in the Registrar’s Office. Application to the School, recommendations, correspondence and other admission documents will be kept in a file located in the Registrar’s Office prior to enrollment and during enrollment.
RELEASE OF STUDENT INFORMATION
The Alliance Evangelical Divinity School complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. The purpose of this Act is to protect the privacy of student education records, to ensure the personal right to inspect one’s own student records and to ensure procedures are established whereby incorrect records may be corrected. Specific questions regarding School policies should be addressed to the Registrar of the School. Information regarding the Act of 1974 can also be obtained from the Office of the Registrar.
GRADE REPORT
Grade reports will be provided by the Registrar’s Office after each semester.
TRANSCRIPTS
The Registrar at the Alliance Evangelical Divinity School keeps a permanent record, or transcript, of each student’s academic achievement. Transcripts may be issued to third parties when the student submits a written, signed request and has met all financial obligations to the School. There is no charge for the first transcript issued, but a fee will be charged for additional transcripts. Financial accounts must be current before official transcripts can be released.
