Students are furnished copies of the semester grade reports at the conclusion of each semester. These forms include both semester and cumulative GPA. A minimum of 2.0 for the undergraduate level or 2.5 for the graduate level is required for all students. The student’s account balance must be zero to receive a grade report. At the end of the academic year, academically deficient students may be dismissed at the discretion of the Academic Dean and the Department Chair.
