GRADUATION APPROVAL FOR PROSPECTIVE
GRADUATES
In order to be considered as a recipient of a degree or certificate, the following criteria must be met:

Degrees and certificates are awarded only to those who have satisfactorily completed the following criteria:

GRADUATION CEREMONY
All students currently enrolled for credit are expected and required to attend the graduation ceremony. If a student wants to graduate in absentia, he/she must present a written request to graduate in absentia to the Academic Dean of the School at least one month prior to graduation. If approved, the Dean will forward a copy of the approval letter to the Registrar's office.

- A student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate).
- A student must be of sound moral character.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Degrees and certificates are awarded only to those who have satisfactorily completed the following criteria:
- The completion of all course requirements and a thesis (if required) as outlined in the student’s chosen program.
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate).
- Evidence of sound Christian character as measured by the Scripture.
- Approval by the Faculty and the Board of Trustees.
- Payment of all financial accounts with the School before reception of the student’s diploma or transcript.
- The completion of a Graduation Request Form the semester before graduation. Forms are available from the Registrar.
GRADUATION HONORS
- GPA of at least 3.90 summa cum laude (undergraduate), highest honors (graduate)
- GPA of at least 3.75 magna cum laude (undergraduate), high honors (graduate)
- GPA of at least 3.50 cum laude (undergraduate), honors (graduate)
