SCHOOL REFUND POLICY
Students who withdraw from the school are entitled to proportionate tuition refund on their semester bill as listed below, provided they notify the School in writing of their intention. A personal interview with the President or the Academic Dean is also highly recommended before a withdrawal becomes complete and final. If a withdrawal then follows, the official date of withdrawal shall be that on which the School signs the withdrawal form. Merely ceasing from class attendance or giving an oral statement of intention does not constitute a basis for official withdrawal. No refund is made until withdrawal forms are properly signed and submitted to the Registrar’s Office.
The School’s refund policy is operated as follows:

The School’s refund policy is operated as follows:
- 100% refund – the School will refund 100% of the tuition charges if the student submits a written notice of cancellation before the first day of class.
- 90% refund – the School will refund 90% of the tuition charges if the student submits written notice of cancellation between the first day of classes and the end of the first week of the class.
- 80% refund – the School will refund 80% of the tuition charges if the student submits written notice of cancellation between the second week and the third week of class.
- 70% refund – the School will refund 70% of the tuition charges if the student submits written notice of cancellation within the fourth week of class.
- 60% refund – the School will refund 60% of the tuition charges if the student submits written notice of cancellation between the fifth week and the sixth week of class.
- 50% refund – the School will refund 50% of the tuition charges if the student submits written notice of cancellation within the seventh week of class.
- 40% refund – the School will refund 40% of the tuition charges if the student submits written notice of cancellation between the eighth week and the ninth week of class.
- There will be no refund after the ninth week of class.
